Acai Migraine

Has anyone come across any information on Migraines induced by drinking/ingesting Acai products?

Aloe Plant

I have long read and enjoyed the healing benefits of Aloe, but my question today is, has anyone ever used Aloe on an open cut, skin reaction or bug bite, etc. to find it has a “stinging” quality and does not otherwise exhibit fast healing (closure of wound) qualities?

Any thoughts welcome in regard to same.

Epsom Salt

I was thinking of calling this:  The Short Truth.

I think I may have found something, that is a decent, mild detoxifier for most that should not (although I do not know) cause allergic reactions.  It works for anti-inflammation and reduction of pain.

Any stories anyone can share here with the regular use of Epsom Salt?

Food

What is it?

What is it exactly that we are ingesting each day?

Many years ago, I started cancelling out meat, then cancelled seafood and was well on my way to cancelling all diary…long story, I flip flopped on the dairy and seafood over the years.

Now I am entirely transfixed by the power of natural and raw foods.

I plan to come back and update periodically with a collection of sources, that I have been, well….collecting.

Until then, namaste.

The article provided in the link below is extremely thorough and provides many different routes to self healing of teeth, tooth pain abatement, natural tooth cleaning, etc.

Check it out, it is worth the read and one of the most comprehensive resources I have found to date:

Just came across this link on MWM’s site: EatVeg.com

Looks like I have some reading to do…………….

I don’t know about you, but half of the products give me a headache.  Sometimes, all I have to do is look at them.

So, I like exploring the simple natural way to cleaning….things that come to mind?  Vinegar, baking soda….

I did a search today and found a nice, easy article to read and thought I would share:

I have heard and have read about fascinating qualities of the Acai Berry.

Unfortunately, a great deal of information I have come across has been by sellers, producers, distributors, etc.

Now, this doesn’t make the information “bad”, but we are looking for more viewpoints….anyone?

Acai Roots

Oprah & Acai
