I use vinegar or baking soda for non-toxic household cleaning. It works, it’s available everywhere and it’s cheap. I buy the large jugs of 9% white pickling vinegar at the supermarket. 5% white pickling vinegar is OK too. I sometimes dilute it with water in a spray bottle, depending on the cleaning job. Tons of info online about using vinegar or baking soda (depending on the job) for non-toxic cleaning. Great stuff!

I often think about my Grandmother who used to make and use Lye soap. In her day they didn’t have all the handy equipment we now have, just there own Life experiences. She was a Vigorous user of Vinegar and also Washing soda,( a little harder to find) and lemons.
Seems strange that we need all these chemicals to sterilize our world. How much of it kills the good germs?
hmmmm
